Dad took me for my cello exam Grade 6 at Copthorne Hotel (Level 18). As was last year, I was the only cellist there and and i suppose this is good news to the examiner, to be able to hear something different and refreshing as compared to the hours of listening to the violins.
Mum borrowed a cello costing more than RM7000 from uncle Woon specially for this exam. He said that with this cell, i could impress the examiner with better quality of sound production. Oh really, and i thought it was all about my ability to play the instrument.
