Friday, 07 Aug - This is a very special day for me in my first year at SGGS for the annual prize giving. Not only will I be receiving my scholastic achievement on stage but i will also be participating in a 'muhibbah' dance wearing an indian attire. Just have to wait and see whether I will be 'painted' like the indian traditional dancers as well.
My CG leader, YT will be on hand to snap some pictures of me -- of course i am overjoyed that YT could make it for this special occasion. Mum and Ah Ma will be there too with mum trying to capture the dance on video. Mum was able to make it for this prize giving, compliments of the H1N1 flu outbreak at her school this week, so sekolah tutup.
Last minute addition - I get to carry the mangga flowers as the Governor of Penang arrives at SGGS and then to follow the entourage to begin this memorable occasion.
