The Penang Players organised a dinner theatre show at Hotel Royale entitled Plaza Suite 719. We were ushered into the ball room, probably about 15 tables and a buffet spread. We picked and ate our food and there were quite a good number of ang-mo lang. But the one ang-mo lang mum was dying to see was Mary Schneider. That's right, she is also The Star's columnist.
The show centred around wedding bells, lovers reunited, foibles of marriage, extra marital affairs and parent child relationship form the web of this witty, wry and humorous play by Neil Simon.
