2nd Block - Cello

Today was my 5th lesson with teacher L. I must say i have enjoyed the lessons so far and has given me the confidence in my playing. Dad sms-ed the teacher for some feedback, here goes : "OK so far except he is a bit impatient to play slow to correct all the wrong techniques. It will take some time to change all those before we could do an exam."

After my LA trip, CLC did emailed dad on 21 Aug : "Your son need more discipline in his playing. He got the idea but not the discipline part. But he did show some promising playing." Hmmm... i wonder if they meant one and the same thing. Oh well, that can only mean i need to work harder on my playing and to practice consistently.

So let the music-making begin! You CAN make the adage "practice makes perfect" come true for you. All it takes is a little hard work and a lot of concentration. You'll soon find just how rewarding productive practicing can be.
