Yahoo !! It is finished - the last of my ABRSM piano exam at 8.50AM. I know this is going to sound crazy but i am 'suckered' to go on to ATCL. We shall see about that. The examiner was an elderly pot-bellied guy who seems nice, sure hope he is generous with the marks.
RT looked pleased with my playing since he was listening from the waiting area. He has booked a place at Komtar A for a concert for his students on 10JUL. Guess I have to continue practising the 2 pieces but its definitely not going to be the 3rd piece by Brahms.
Dad took us (yeah, bro was off too because of my exam) for tim-sum breakfast and then to QB for some bank transactions. Picked up HP printer ink (Black & Colour) for RM207.50 and hopped over to Borders and curled up in a corner to read a book and bought a little gift for Leah. Ko went around browsing and bought a SAT Maths book (RM86.35). While waiting for 12noon, we bought rotiboy for ourselves & mum and had Macs for lunch. Yes, a good tonic to release all the tensions after the piano exam.
