Week 26

Happy Father's Day - we were reminded of our Heavenly Father who has provided all things for us and for giving His Son for us too. For the first time, we heard a statement of this nature being read out this morning - a strong reminder to us. CT & ML took over the SS open sunday with interesting thoughts on father's day.

Had 2nd practice with MR at DSP Rose Room and the next practice is slotted on 27June, followed by 28, 30 and 02July. We went over to Fort Cornwallis in conjunction with French music day. Mum was excited that Jeep & Zaki were on stage at that moment and we stayed back to listen to them play. But she was critical of the 3 ladies with their brass instruments, certainly no jazz musicians. Thereafter, we went for dinner at a food court along Weld Quay - huge football crowd and the spag cost RM7.50.

Sis had 3 piano lessons in a row this week in preparation for her exam on Friday. Cello class as usual this week after the 18June break whilst the violin class will take a break on 25June as MY will be busy with SM inaugral concert on 26June.

Went for a swim with dad on Sat after months of lethargy and pool repair works at BJCC. Dad took sis to school to take her report card, then for her ballet class. Later, they had lunch at Komtar while i went up to L5 for Bobby Chen's lecture recital and for tomorrow's 2nd recital with mum & sis. Teacher RT will be fetching me from victory at about 10AM to meet Bobby Chen session on Mon 28 June.
