Musical Journeys

After a number of practices of our solo pieces and a further 3 days for the piano trio, i guess we are ready and eager for our performances. The musicians for the piano trio certainly enjoyed their time getting the piece, Amazing Grace by Bach, together in such a short time.

Entitled 'Musical Journeys', this concert was the performances by 9 of RT's 'top level' students and little A at Komtar Auditorium A at 8PM. They have practiced hard for all their pieces, some taken from their previous exam pieces and some from their to-be exam pieces.

In a way, it was his showpiece of his young talents on the 92-key Bösendorfer grand piano to the audience present. They were certainly talented musicians with immense 'nerves of steel' performance. The crowd was responsive and the atmosphere was relaxed and yet exciting as the pieces were hammered away. It was certainly a grand night for the young musicians! Teacher RT was certainly a happy man.
