RAD Grade 8 Exam Fee

It's that time of the year to pay the fee for the RAD exam (Grade 8 RM193 - 1253815) and the last date to pay is 28 Nov. The itself exam would most probably be sometime in March 2011 and that's 4 months' away --- ready or not!! This is the last of the graded examinations which cover classical ballet, free movement and character dance. The examinations are devised to progress in difficulty from one grade to the next and a student studying the grades in sequence would be expected to develop a greater degree of dance technique at each level.

I remembered those early years when i started ballet lessons with my group of noisy friends at Terpsichore and i was just 5 years old. I was like, so 'cute' - in the good sense, ha ha. Those were the years! It was in June 2008 when i moved to Priscilla Ballet to prepare for the Grade 6 exam. It was a 'painful' but necessary move but the girls in the class were an encouragement to me which made the transition easy and now, they are my good friends.

As for the intermediate vocational graded syllabus, i hope to take the intermediate level sometime in October 2011.
